DEPOSIT DUE AT CHECK-IN

Vendors, please remember to bring a check for $50 to check-in at Mistletoe Market. This check will be held and returned to you at checkout on Saturday afternoon if you have stayed until 5:00 p.m. This deposit is required to encourage vendors who might be tempted to pack up and leave early. This isn't fair to other vendors or last minute customers. Thanks for you help in this matter.

WELCOME 2011 MISTLETOE MARKET VENDORS
WiFi is now available at Doster Memorial Community Center!!

Thank you for your participation in Mistletoe Market this year. Don't forget that you can help sell tickets and advertising with signs and flyers. These items will be available by October 1, 2011. . If you sell the most tickets, you will receive $50 in Mistletoe Market Dollars to be spent at Mistletoe Market. A $75 deposit must be made when tickets are picked up. This will not be cashed until tickets are sold and you either return unsold tickets or let us know that all tickets have been sold. Contest for the Mistletoe Market Dollars will end on Thursday afternoon when you arrive to set up your booth. All money and/or unsold tickets must be turned in at this point. Winner of the prize will be announced on November 4th, Friday morning at 8:30 at our opening ceremonies.

DON'T EAT THE GOODIES!

It has been brought to our attention that there has been a problem in the past with vendors chowing down on other vendors' samples. Please refrain from over-sampling unless you intend to buy. In most cases the food is available to be purchased from that vendor and you are welcome to make that purchase and eat all you like. Just remember, those samples cost the vendor money and they are there for the customer's benefit. Thanks!

FOOD AVAILABLE AT MARKET
Meal Thymes Catering will have breakfast, lunch and supper
available for our vendors' benefit.

Food vendors will be set up on the front lawn and in the lobby for the convenience of our customers as well as our vendors for meals and snacks during the day. No food is allowed to be sold on the inside booths for immediate consumption. This allows our food vendors to have a fair chance at sales without too much competition and it also helps protect other vendors from spills and soiling of their products.
